“Development and implementation of an innovative technology for the production of facade brackets based on a unique facade backing.”

The project planned by BSB Bracket System Polska Sp. z o.o. involves designing an innovative thermoacoustic backing for facade brackets. Unlike the backings currently used in construction for facade brackets, this one will serve both acoustic and thermal insulation functions at the same time. Additionally, this pad will reinforce the structure of the facade brackets, reducing the number of brackets needed on the finished facade surface. Furthermore, the method of connecting the washer will increase the durability of the facade cladding. As a result of these activities, the Applicant will introduce new products to its offering in the form of innovative facade brackets containing the unique acoustic washer in various sizes, the details of which will be defined after the research work is completed. Additionally, the company will significantly improve the currently offered products by implementing the designed thermoacoustic backing into existing facade brackets.
This expenditure is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2007-2013.

Operational Programme Innovative Economy 2007-2013

The general objective of the project is to increase the volume of export in the total sales of the Company’s products through the implementation of activities designed as part of a professional export strategy – the Export Development Plan. This is undeniably linked to the development of export activity by BSP Bracket System Polska Sp. z o.o., through the use of activities that are in line with the assumptions of Measure 6.1 PO IG. The analysis of the market and the Applicant’s potential, undertaken as a result of the preparation of the Export Development Plan, showed that the most recommended pro-export activities for the Applicant are: participation in foreign EXPO, organization and participation in economic missions abroad, searching for and selecting partners on target markets, obtaining the necessary documents authorizing the introduction of the entrepreneur’s products to target markets and consulting in the field of developing the concept of the entrepreneur’s image on selected target markets. These activities are tailored and the most optimal in terms of the defined needs of BSP Bracket System Polska Sp. z o. o. in the implementation of the set strategic goals, while taking into account specific trends occurring in the construction industry. The development of the Applicant’s company’s export will allow for the implementation of the goals outlined in the export development strategy, and the most important among them is the increase in revenues, and as a result, further development of the company and improvement of the company image as an active entity on the international arena. The positive, external effect of the Company’s export development will be the strengthening of the position of the Polish economy through the promotion of Poland as an attractive economic partner and a place for establishing valuable business contacts, as well as increasing the volume of Polish exports and increasing the number of entrepreneurs conducting export activities, which is the basic objective of Measure 6.1 PO IG “Passport to export”.

The subject of the project is the process of experimenting and searching for development and innovation niches in the company BSP Sp. z o.o. allowing to carry out own research and development works aimed at developing a new, innovative system for fastening and assembling ventilated facades used in construction.

The business effect of this project will be the introduction of a new system of ventilated facade substructures optimized in terms of thermal, static and assembly. The system will minimize heat losses through thermal bridges. The system elements will also be optimized in terms of design features depending on the type of substrate and loads acting on the ventilated facade, as well as in terms of assembly simplicity. An additional assumption is that most of the materials used in the system should be recyclable after the period of use.

The development of our own innovative ventilated facade mounting system is a response to a defined market need, because there are very few products on the market dedicated to the implementation of ventilated facades for energy-efficient and energy-passive buildings. Most consoles have elements made of generally available materials, which is why they are not specialized and have a number of disadvantages and limitations in use. The new product will have a wider range of applications and will meet more customer requirements. A wide range of products for construction will be created by using a small number of elements

We would like to inform you that BSP Bracket System Polska sp. z o.o. is currently implementing a project under Measure 3.3 of the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020

“Increasing the recognition of BSP on international markets by presenting its commercial and service offer at trade fairs abroad.”

Total project value: 661.494,00 PLN
European Union contribution: 403.350,00 PLN

The aim of the project is to introduce BSP’s key products to the international market.

It will be achieved by establishing international business contacts and presenting the Applicant’s innovative product solutions at global trade fairs. Signing new contracts will result in a large business growth at the financial and company image level. The company’s increased revenues will allow for an increase in investments on R&D activities, which will allow BSP to maintain itself on the demanding international market. The company also aims to gain a competitive advantage understood as the ability to offer a specific market segment more favorable terms of purchasing products.

The assumed results planned to be achieved by 2021 are the signing of 5 foreign contracts, obtaining revenue from export activities at the level of 2.898.247,00 PLN from the export of products covered by the project.

Smart Growth Operational Program

We would like to inform you that BSP Bracket System Polska sp. z o.o. is currently implementing a project under Measure 2.3 Pro-innovative services for entrepreneurs of the Smart Growth Operational Program

“Development of an improved passive console, which is an element of the substructure for ventilated facades, with increased thermal insulation parameters”

Eligible expenses: 398.250,00 PLN

European Union funding: 338.512,50 PLN

The subject of the project is a research service, the aim of which is to develop improved product in the form of a passive console performing a structural function, transferring vertical and horizontal loads from the facade to the building structure. It is planned to create 24 console variants of different dimensions, characterized by increased thermal insulation, strength and fire resistance parameters.

The result of the research will be the development of all technical solutions enabling mass production of the improved product. The direct result of the project will be a new prototype of the console, tested for strength with the developed production technology. It will be the basis for the production of an similar number of products. Implementation, understood as the start of production based on the results of research work, is planned for November 2021.

The aim of the project is to develop an improved product – a passive console with a plastic chamber spacer, which is an element of the substructure system for fastening ventilated facades. The project is being implemented in order to increase the level of innovation of the Company, increase its competitiveness, and increase revenues by creating a competitive offer.

We would like to inform you that BSP Bracket System Polska sp. z o.o. has implemented a project under Measure 3.3.3 Support for SMEs in the promotion of product brands – Go to Brand EXPO 2020

The aim of the project is to introduce BSP to the international market its key products:

ventilated facades, aluminum substructures, facade blinds, pressed decorative profiles.

The aim will be achieved thanks to activities under the General Promotion Program in connection with Poland’s participation in the World Exhibition EXPO 2020 in Dubai. The prospective country selected by the Applicant is the United Arab Emirates. The project assumes the Applicant’s participation in the following international events:

BIG 5 Trade Fair as an exhibitor,
Travel mission to the Polish-Emirate Economic Forum.

The aim of the project is for BSP to introduce its key products to the international market. Project title: Support for the implementation of an innovative product by BSP Bracket System Polska Sp. z o.o. in the form of aluminum balcony railings enabling the installation of photovoltaic panels

Project objective: The primary objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the BSP Bracket System Polska company by enforce a new innovative product, developed as part of previously completed research and development work. The applicant has developed an innovative product in the form of a system balcony railing, which on the one hand will be resistant to weather conditions and on the other hand will provide the large spacing expected on the market associated with a lower cost, while being compatible with photovoltaic panels. As a result of the R&D work carried out, it was determined that it is possible to create a balustrade that is relatively cheap, durable and, most importantly, produces electricity. The Applicant’s ambition is to create a product that can be used in single-family housing as well as large-scale and office buildings.
