KW1 PAS passive bracket

BSP passive brackets have been designed with stricter regulations regarding thermal insulation parameter of exterior partitions in mind. Brackets have structural function and transfer vertical and horizontal loads to the main bearing structure of a building. Specially designed shape and materials used in production result in relatively high load capacity and favourable thermal parameters at the same time. Thanks to BSP passive solutions the “thermal bridges” phenomenon can be almost entirely eliminated. KW1 PAS passive bracket consists of KW1 aluminium bracket, L1 thermal separator and KWP 104 aluminium piece.

BSP KW1 PAS passed multiple tests at Building Research Institute (ITB). It has been classified as non-spreading fire element of B-s3-d0 fire class in accordance with PN-EN 13501-1+A1:2010 norm. Additionally it received ITBs positive opinion in regard of meeting §225 requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure (maintaining durability in fire conditions in no less than 60 minutes), element that can be used above 25 meters and at the fire separation belts.

KW1 PAS is certified by Passive House Institute from Darmstadt, Germany. This is yet another proof of its highly favourable thermal parameters. Certificate can be downloaded here.
